The Poster Doctoral Sessions Scientific Committee of the Fifth Edition of the International School Spring METIS'2012 is pleased to invite PhD students to participate in a poster session allowing them to discuss the progress of their research work. Interested authors are invited to submit an extended abstract (maximum two pages) in English to firstname.lastname@example.org in MS Word or PDF format for a presentation at the METIS 2012 event. This abstract justified in font "Times New Roman 10" should contain the following information: - Title (not exceeding 15 words in bold print) - Name and Surname of authors with their affiliations. - Summary of contents including the following sections: Introduction (problem and objective) Methodology, Results, Discussion and Conclusions. - Keywords.
All authors will be asked in addition to prepare a few slides (4-6 max) to be presented at METIS event: - the first slide clearly indicates the purpose and objective of the research work, - the second develops the methodology, - the third slide shows the state of the art and the fourth proposal of the doctoral student or the solution proposed - and the fifth slide presents a conclusion and some perspectives.
